Why we give this away
Because a window gets specified at the moment a detail is drawn, not at the moment a quote is opened — and because the number of manufacturers in this city who make that easy is approximately zero.
If our head detail is in your drawing set, our system is in the building. That is the whole strategy, and it costs us nothing but the work of doing it properly.
What we can do that a catalogue cannot
In the room early
Pocket sliders, structural corners, and anything needing a wind-load check get expensive when they arrive at tender. We would rather be at concept.
Non-standard sizes
Every unit is made to the opening. There is no size chart to design around, which is the entire point of a bespoke fabricator.

Are your Revit families parametric?
Yes — dimensionally parametric across all three systems, with the correct frame depth, sightlines and glazing build-up. The shared parameters carry the U-value and configuration so your schedules populate without hand-entry.
Can I get a project-specific U-value?
Yes. Whole-window U-value varies with size and configuration — a big fixed unit and a small operable one in the same system are not the same number. Send us the schedule and we will return calculated values per unit rather than a single figure applied to everything.
Will you attend a design meeting?
Yes, and at concept stage rather than at tender. A pocket lift-and-slide, a structural corner, or a triple-glazed unit at a size that needs a wind-load check all become expensive if they arrive late. We would rather sit in the room early.
